You will love yoga...

From the very first class you attend, you'll be amazed at what yoga does for you.

It doesn't just exercise your body, it calms your mind and gives you a genuine feeling of stability and balance. Several people in my classes have told me that a session of yoga makes them feel as if they've just had a therapy class!

Different instructors teach yoga in different ways and you will have your own, individual preferences. Some classes are chatty and bubbly, some are very quiet and serious. It's all up to the individual instructor and how they want to run their class.

What's Yoga With Angela like? Well, you won't see too many over-serious faces in my classes!


I want you to love yoga as much as I do. That's why I keep my classes light and fun. I'll talk to you throughout the class and what I say to you will be a blend of instructions and philosophy based on what yoga can do for you.

I've created the Yoga With Angela site to give details of the classes I teach in and around Tunbridge Wells.

Over and above that, however, I'm really looking forward to writing about what yoga can really do for you. What you put into it will be more than repaid by what it gives you back!
