When

Pilates

My classes are now taking place online using Zoom. This is a simple app which allows me to teach you virtually and provide coaching points where necessary. 

Friday Classes:
09:30 - 10:30 Mixed Ability

10:30 - 11:30 Beginners/Rehabilitation

To join any on my classes please contact me and I will be able to send you the link for the Zoom classes.

While classes are now taking place virtually, you can still explore where I usually teach. Click on the plus and minus signs inside the map to get your bearings. I will update you when my classes resume.

Pilates provides a functional approach to exercise and can help assist in recovery from injury or surgery. I have worked extensively with clients who have had back surgery and knee and hip replacements, with great success.
