I am excited to have introduced a new Early Bird Yoga class at Flow Yoga, Tunbridge Wells.
The class will be Hatha Yoga -- a combination of physical exercise and focus on the mind and breathing to bring about balance.
The class is suitable for all abilities.

It's the perfect way to begin your day. An energising and functional class to get the day started on a good foundation.
It's a mixed-ability class, so all are welcome.

All equipment is provided, although you might prefer to bring your own mat.
It is not advisable to practice yoga on a full stomach.
Clothing should be loose and comfortable.
Yoga is practiced with bare feet.
