Two one-hour classes, one starting after the other.
I teach Hatha Yoga, which combines physical practice with time for relaxation and stillness, to bring the mind and body into balance.
Classes will be starting on Thursday, April 3.

Classes are suitable for all abilities.
Time of classes:
9.30 - 10.30am
10.30 - 11.30 am
Cost: £7 drop in, or £24 for 4 classes
Classes will run throughout the year.
Spaces are limited, so telephone or email to book your place.
All equipment is provided, although you might prefer to bring your own mat.
It is not advisable to practice yoga on a full stomach.
Clothing should be loose and comfortable.
Yoga is practiced with bare feet.
